The brakes fitted to this unicycle offer considerably smoother and controlled braking than traditional rim brakes. They remove the snagging and inconsistent braking caused by even the best rim brakes. The disc is fitted inside the frame so protecting it from accidental damage and keeping it away from the rider�s legs. The brake is fitted to a superlight aluminium spindled Nimbus ISIS hub, helping this to be the lighted fully kitted 36� unicycle on the market.

The wheel is constructed using the new light weight 36� disc stealth rim with its 36 18mm lightening holes that reveal the light weight green rim tape.

The �Shadow� handle is constructed to offer maximum versatility without any compromise in the performance. The low profile of the base allows even relatively small riders to take advantage of the handle. The base also by-passes the traditional 4 bolt seatpost fitting and utilises the front and real handle bolts so giving the saddle and handle an unparalleled rigidity and stiffness.

The �Shadow� handle is supported on top of the latest generation super tough 25.4 BMX style pivotal seatpost. This allows for 4 x 6 degree adjustments via an integral high tensile bolt.

The handle comes with 2 �T� extensions as standard, one straight and one with a 30 degree bend. Both of these are 400mm long so allowing you to trim them to the length you require. Should you wish you also have an option to adjust their length via a clamp by up to 100mm (4�). These �T� handles can be fitted either facing up, down or straight depending on your preference.

22.0mm diameter standard seat post. Four bolt fittings to fit the majority of unicycle seats. We have both the the extra strong reinforced knurled anti-twist seatposts (as supplied on most of our unicycles), and standard seatposts (in 300 & 400mm only).

Chrome finish. 220, 300, 400, 500 and 700mm long. The standard seatpost are made of thinner metal so are lighter and might not have knurling.

300mm is the standard length for most unicycles. Standard part to fit the majority of unicycles, supplied in a long size for you to cut down to the required size. (Pipe cutter gives an excellent cut without much effort, see instructions in FAQ).

To give you an idea of what size to get, for example for a 20" unicycle,:
220mm long seat post gives: Min 640mm (25"), Max 760mm (30") leg length,
300mm long seat post gives: Min 720mm (28"), Max 840mm (33") leg length,
400mm long seat post gives: Min 820mm (32"), Max 940mm (37") leg length,
500mm long seat post gives: Min 920mm (36"), Max 1040mm (41") leg length
700mm long seat post gives: Min 1120mm (44"), Max 1240mm (49") leg length
Note that these sizes are from the crotch to the floor wearing shoes, not trouser sizes.

For most of our unicycles you will need a 25.4mm seatpost (except Kris Holm, Koxx and Onza).

Nimbus 29" ISIS Unicycle

Don't replace the inner tube in your trials unicycle with a wimpy 20" inner tube, replace it with one that has been designed for the job.

These inner tubes will properly fill a trials (19") tire. These are less likely to puncture than a standard 20" inner tube. They are made with 30% more rubber than standard 20" inner tubes and are clearly more substantial when compared side by side.

- Engagement is taken care of by three sets of two pawls, and these engage into a hardened chromoly 20 tooth ratchet (similar to an ACS Claws) to give 60 clicks.

This diameter seatpost fits the new Unicycle.com frames and the Qu-Ax frames.

Anti-twist knurling with chromed finish. 220, 300, 350, 400, 500 and 700mm long.

300mm is the standard length on most unicycles. Supplied in a long size for you to cut down to the required size. (Seatpost cutting tool gives an excellent cut without much effort, see instructions in FAQ).

To give you an idea of what size to get, for example for a 20" unicycle,:
220mm long seat post gives:

300mm long seat post gives:

20� Nimbus X Unicycle ISIS

This is the top of the Nimbus freestyle range. This unicycle comes with the new CrMo Nimbus X longneck frame in chrome and the new Nimbus ISIS hub and cranks.

The 2007 Nimbus X frame is VERY special, it has been designed with the help of the TCUC unicycle club.
The CrMo frame fork legs are tapered up to the optimum crown width for freestyle unicycling.
The crown has zero external overhang.
The seatpost is 22mm diameter (rather than 25.4mm) to allow the foot to get closer to the centre of balance when doing stand-up tricks.
The frame has been constructed with an internal 120mm reinforcement tube interlocked with the crown greatly improving strength and durability over previous long-neck frames.
The bearing housings are machined rather than pressed for smooth movement and longer bearing life.

Chrome frame option available in 3 sizes: 150mm, 300mm or 400mm (measured from crown to top of seat tube). The longer seat tube enables the seatpost clamp to be closer to the saddle, this protects your legs and your seat post.
Now with Nimbus ISIS hub for extra strength and wide choice of cranks.

KH Bearing Clamps

These will fit the later Kris Holm Aluminium frames which have the knurled crowns.

These clamps are designed to fit hubs with 42mm bearings if you want to use them with 40mm bearings you will need to use bearing shims.
